FAQs

  • Can you ship my order to me?
Yes, we can ship you your order. Additional shipping and handling fees may apply.
  • How long will it take to complete my order?
The turnaround time really depends on the quantity of items, how many print areas there are, and where you need them delivered, but it typically takes about 2 weeks. It’s always a good idea to email us in advance so we can possibly allocate time on our production schedule.
  • Is there a minimum quantity?
Yes, we usually ask for a minimum of 10 products. Just remember that our prices will be higher for a smaller quantity.
  • Can I make a change to my order after it has been placed?
Usually, after we have worked out all the details and you have told us to start creating your products, you cannot change your order because we would have already started printing your products. However, if you think you might need to change your order, please email us to see what we can do.
  • What if I need my order completed sooner?
We are sometimes able to get a job done earlier than the normal turnaround time. Contact us as soon as you can so we can let you know if it is possible for us to meet your deadline. The usual rush fee is 20% of your order total.
  • Our organization is tax exempt. How do we get the sales tax taken off our order?
We just need a copy of your organization’s Sales & Use Tax Exemption Certificate to keep on file so that we can take the sales tax off of your order.
  • Can I supply the clothing to be printed?
Yes, we can usually print on clothing that you supply. The one problem we can have is if we happen to have a misprint (it happens from time to time). If we supply the garments, we will simply order another one and reprint it, but if you supply the garments, we may have to ask you to bring us another one and we'll reprint it. We won't charge you for the misprinted item, but we also won't be able to reimburse you for the replacement.
  • What types of payment do you accept?
At this time, we typically only accept major credit/debit cards. Sometimes we may make an exception for schools and other government organizations.
  • When do I pay for my order?
To pay for the material costs and the labor it takes to complete orders, we usually require the deposit in full before we can begin work.
  • Are there price breaks for large orders?
    Yes, the breaks are at 10, 50, 75, 100, 150, 300, and 500.
  • Can you use a (company/organization’s) logo?
We assume that you have the rights to use any logo/artwork you submit to us. Before submitting a logo or design to us to be printed, make sure that you have all rights to that design and are legally able to use it. If you are unsure about whether or not you are able to use a particular logo, it’s always best to check directly with that organization first.
  • I don’t have a logo or design yet. Can you create one for me?
Yes, we do design work all the time. We will send you a proof via email. However, if your design work is complicated, we may ask you to find a dedicated graphic artist to work with. Then they can provide us with the finished art file. We would be more than happy to refer you to an artist we have worked with in the past.
  • How big should my artwork be?
Your design should be at least 300 DPI so that it is high-res when it prints.
  • What types of art files can you use?
We prefer vector artwork for your design because they look better when printed. Vector files usually end in .pdf, .ai, or .eps.
  • What sizes are available?
It depends on the product. Most adult sizes come in S-2XL. Certain styles can come in XS or can get up to size 5XL. Some styles also come in tall styles. Youth, toddler, and infant sizes are also available in many styles.
  • Can I get samples of products?
At request, we can usually provide a sample of our lower-priced items (t-shirts, polos, sweatshirts) at little to no cost to you. If you want a large variety of items or a more expensive item, we may charge you a small fee for the sample.
  • What items do you offer?
We offer a large variety of items. Our most popular items include t-shirts, long-sleeve shirts, sweatshirts, hoodies, polos, jackets, sports uniforms, and more. If you have a particular type of item you would like printed, please let us know. We will do our best to accommodate you.
  • Can I get custom names and numbers?
Yes, we can use custom names and numbers. You can provide us with a typed list of the names, numbers, and sizes. Please make sure all of the names are spelled correctly and match the numbers and sizes.
