This Privacy Policy describes how shirtpun.com (collectively the “Site” or “we”) collects, uses, and discloses your Personal Information when you visit or make a purchase from the Site.

Minors:

• Temporary deny-list of IP addresses associated with repeated failed transactions. This deny-list persists for a small number of hours.

• Temporary deny-list of credit cards associated with deny-listed IP addresses. This deny-list persists for a small number of days.

The Company’s Website includes certain features, including e-commerce features, hosted on the wix.com platform.  Our store is hosted on Wix. They provide us with the online website platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you. Your data is stored through Wix’s data storage, databases and the general Wix application. They store your data on a secure server behind a firewall.

This Policy does not amend, replace or modify the Terms of Service and Conditions of Use applicable to your use of the Site. 

This Privacy Policy applies to personal information regarding residents of the United States.  If you reside outside of the United States, then we will collect, process, store and use data in compliance with the applicable laws and regulations of your jurisdiction, which may differ from this Privacy Policy.

Privacy of Minors:

The Website is intended for adults over the age of 18. The Company will not knowingly collect or use any personal information from children under the age of 18. In addition, the Company will delete any information in the Company’s database that the Company knows originates from a child under the age of 18.  

Children under the age of 13 are expressly prohibited from using the Site.
